i swear i tried on an almost identical dress design in Hobnob in Perth, WA. The dress i tried on wasn't chiffon, silk tulle and the ruffling was a different arrangment, but it has the rose int eh middle, ruffeld bust area and layered ruffles at the bottom! i'm in love with it!
