Orders placed before 2 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Monday - Friday will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. See Ordering Policies for more details. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.

Saturday delivery is available for in-stock items ordered after 4 p.m. EST on Thursday and before 12 p.m. EST on Friday for an additional charge of $30. Contact us by phone or live web chat to find out if Saturday delivery is available in your area. Saturday delivery may not be available outside of the Untied States.

International orders are shipped via DHL, UPS or TNT. Shipping takes 5-7 business days depending on stock availability. Expedited service is not available however priority orders are shipped via DHL with delivery to most places in 2-4 business days.

You can calculate the cost of shipping a particular dress to your country by clicking on the shipping quote link below the price of the dress. Additional dresses will typically add $7-10 to the cost of shipping.

International orders are subject to manual credit card verification that can delay the processing of your order up to 2 business days. To avoid this delay we recommend that you submit your payment via PayPal, which is an easy and secure way to submit a payment online. We do accept all major credit cards for international orders but please be advised that we may request additional information to verify your payment.

All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties and customs fees to be paid upon delivery.
