Order Notifications
After you have placed your order, you will receive an automatic email confirmation containing the details of your order. Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with the estimated delivery time. You can also check the status of your order anytime here. When your order is shipped you will receive a notification email with the tracking number of your shipment. Please note that if your order has more than 1 item you may receive multiple shipments.
Your Contact Information
Please confirm that your email address is accurate and if necessary, add info@newyorkdress.com to your white list so our emails about your order aren’t flagged as spam. A phone number is required should we need to contact you about your order.
Stock Availability
All products are subject to availability but most are available to ship from us within 5-7 business days.
Processing
Orders must be placed before 2pm EST in order to be processed the same business day. All orders placed after 2pm EST will be processed the next business day.
Special Orders
Special order dresses are designs that are not in stock but can be ordered from the designer. When your order is processed we will provide an approximate ship date and once this is confirmed by you, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged. Once the order is confirmed we are unable to cancel these items, as Special Orders are cut specifically for you!
Pre-Orders
Pre-Order means that an item is currently out of stock but is in production and will be available at a later date. When your order is processed we will provide an approximate ship date and once this is confirmed by you, your credit card or PayPal account will be charged. Please note that availability dates are subject to change. Pre-Orders canceled after confirmation have a 50% cancellation fee that will be applied.
Order Cancellation
Your order can be cancelled at no charge prior to processing.*
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been processed, a 25% restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your payment. Bridal Dresses** are subject to a 50% restocking fee to be deducted from your payment.

**Please note if the bridal style is a Special Order or Pre-Order please refer to the terms of cancellation for Special Orders and Pre-Orders.

Sales Tax
All orders are shipped out of New York City. New York State sales tax is applied only to orders shipped within New York State.
Methods of Payment
NewYorkDress.com accepts the following forms of payment: American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, money order, bank transfer. NewYorkDress.com does not accept personal checks, certified checks or COD.

Credit Card Payments
Your credit card will be authorized when you place your order and charged once it's processed. Your bank or Credit Card Company can put these funds on hold while the authorization is pending. Please note that if you cancel your order, your bank can take 7-10 business days to release the funds back into your account (up to 30 calendar days for Middle Eastern banks).

All customers are subject to credit card verification. Your billing information must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any information is different we will not be able to process your order or we may request that you submit your payment with PayPal.
PayPal Payments
PayPal is a service that allows you to securely send and receive payments online and is NewYorkDress.com’s preferred method of payment. It’s fast, FREE and will protect you from credit card fraud. For more information visit www.PayPal.com.

When you submit your order using PayPal, your account will be authorized for the full purchase amount. If your account is linked to a credit card or bank account, your funds could be held as a pending authorization. Your account will be charged when your order is shipped or when you confirm a later shipping date with us.

If you place an order and part of it is cancelled, your account will be charged for the full amount and then refunded the difference. Refunds post back to your PayPal account immediately however if your account is linked to a credit card or bank account, your bank may hold these funds for 7-10 business days.
Other Payment Options
To place an order using any of the above methods of payment, add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to checkout. After you enter shipping and contact information, instead of entering your credit card information, you will scroll to the bottom of the payment page and submit a request to submit payment by money order or bank transfer. We will contact you with the information you need to submit a payment in 1 business day.
International Customers
International orders are subject to manual credit card verification that can delay the processing of your order up to 2 business days. To avoid this delay we recommend that you submit your payment via PayPal, which is an easy and secure way to submit a payment online.

We do accept all major credit cards for international orders but please be advised that we may request additional information to verify your payment.
Store Credit
Our store credit can be applied to any product seen on our site. Any remaining balance can only be applied to another order; it cannot be exchange for any type of refund and never expires.
