How To
-2 big carrots
-1 tbsp honey
-1 tbsp olive oil
-1 lemon
-1 tbsp cold water

Start off by peeling the skin off the carrots. Steam them for a couple minutes until soft and mash them into a paste. Add 1 tbsp, of honey to this paste. Honey is very effective in reducing inflammation and eliminating germs. If you like, add 1 tbsp. of olive oil to this mixture as it helps give the skin a nice glow and has a softening agent.

If you have oily skin:
Squeeze a few drops of fresh lemon juice into the face mask mixture. It’s a natural astringent and helps clean the skin. Add about 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp of lemon juice, depending on how oily your skin is. Add drops of cold water to find a nice consistency-make sure your mask doesn’t become runny.

Wash your face with your preferred cleanser, rinse and pat dry. Apply the mask and let it set for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water and pat dry. You can use this mask once a week to help keep your skin glowing!
