Have you ever tried something once and instantly sworn it off for good? While it may inevitably happen throughout our lives, it can end up leaving us feeling bottled up. So you tried fried eel and ‘hated it’ or tried Bikram yoga and almost ‘died’. This Saturday, think it over and try something you tried once and maybe swore off, again. You never know, you might change your mind. The point is not to love everything, but instead open yourself up to the fact that things do get easier with time and practice.
