- Click HERE within 7 days of receiving your order to submit your return
- Advise if you would like an exchange or store credit.

A Note About Sizing
All of our dresses are sized in US sizes according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements. To make sure you are getting the best size, click on the ‘Size Chart’ link above the dropdowns or at the bottom of the size dropdown on your dress of choice.

We will issue your refund within fourteen (14) days of receiving notification of your cancellation, or, if later, once we have received the returned goods or you have provided proof that the goods have been shipped back to us.

Crafted for timeless moments, wearing the Ladivine CD386 dress. The classic strapless neckline frames your look with subtle allure, while the floor-length silhouette creates a long and graceful line. Designed to enhance your natural elegance, this gown offers a statuesque presence that feels polished and confident. Perfect for grand evenings and formal affairs, it delivers enduring sophistication with modern simplicity. The streamlined shape ensures a refined finish, allowing you to shine effortlessly and leave an impression defined by poise and beauty.
To determine your dress size, start by measuring your bust, waist, and hips accurately. Refer to the size chart provided to find the best match for your measurements. If your measurements fall between two sizes, it’s advisable to choose the larger size, as it’s generally easier to take in a dress than to let it out.
Keep in mind that size charts vary between designers, so your size may differ depending on the brand or designer’s specific measurements. Always prioritize the size chart over assumptions based on previous sizes.
