Most items shown on our website are in stock and ready to ship in 1-5 business days. However in stock items shipping from international warehouses may take slightly longer to ship after processing. Items from  Chic & Holland, Cristallini, Fely Campo, Ilmio, In Couture, J'Adore, Jean Louis-Sabaji, Modessa Couture, Odrella, Portia & Scarlett, Reverie Couture, and Tarik Ediz generally ship from international warehouses.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

In-Stock items ordered with standard ground service usually ship from our warehouse in 1-5 business days. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship worldwide to almost every country. Orders are sent via FedEx and usually ship from our warehouse in 1-5 business days. All shipments are subject to item availability and credit card verification. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number for your shipment. All shipments require a signature and may be subject to taxes, duties, and customs fees to be paid upon delivery.

APO & FPO ADDRESSES

APO & FPO addresses are military installations around the globe both international and domestic. Orders to these addresses can only be shipped with the United States Postal Service. Shipping to APO & FPO addresses with USPS can take up to 30 days in transit before receipt. We are unable to expedite this shipping service. 

ALASKA, HAWAII, & PUERTO RICO

We are unable to ship orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico with ground service. Air options (2 Day or Overnight) are the only available shipping services we can offer for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

*Restrictions apply, free international shipping is not available for all locations. Free international shipping is not available in Argentina, Brazil, Czechia, Germany, Gibraltar, Honduras, Ireland, Libya, Malta, and Poland. Countries experiencing geo-political unrest may be exempt.

We take pride in our quality products and service, and we value our relationship with you. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to accept your item(s) back for store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Store credit never expires.

Store credit will be issued for the total amount of the order minus shipping costs, discounts and promotions. Any return shipping costs, taxes, duties, or customs fees incurred for international orders are non-creditable and are the responsibility of the customer.

Your order must be in perfect condition, unworn with tags attached. Please follow our very simple return process:

• Click HERE within 7 days of receiving your order to submit your return
  
• Advise if you would like an exchange or store credit.
• Your package must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving your Label.
• Store credit cannot be exchanged for a refund.

Please note all sale items are FINAL and are not eligible for exchanges or store credit. We do not accept return requests past 7 days of receiving your order.

Orders sent back without processing through the Returns Center are subject to a 50% fee and will ultimately delay your store credit or exchange order.

Processing time for Returns is 2-4 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email with your store credit number that you can apply to an order now or in the future. If you placed an exchange order you will receive an email when your order is shipped.

Upon inspection, if it is determined that the item has been worn, altered, tampered with, or damaged without prior notification your return authorization will be voided and the item will be shipped back to you.

A Note About Sizing

All of our dresses are sized in US sizes according to each designer’s specifications; therefore, the size you normally wear may not be the size you would wear in a dress from our site. Before you choose your size, we recommend looking at the size chart for the dress you are interested in to make sure you are choosing the best size for your measurements. To make sure you are getting the best size, click on the ‘Size Chart’ link above the dropdowns or at the bottom of the size dropdown on your dress of choice.
